Shipping & Returns
Short paragraphs, no hedging. If something here is unclear, that is my fault — write and ask.
- When does it ship?
- Orders go out within two working days. [[CONFIRM: processing time]] You get a tracking number the moment the label prints. Made-to-order pieces say their own turnaround on the listing.
- How does it ship, and what does it cost?
- USPS, tracked and insured. Flat rate $8 inside the United States; free on orders over $75. [[CONFIRM: carrier, rate, threshold]] We ship to the US only for now.
- Can I pick it up?
- There’s no pickup address — I work out of my house, so nobody comes to the door. What I can do instead: if you’re local, choose Meet in Springboro at checkout and we’ll agree a public spot in town that suits us both. It costs nothing and we sort out the where and when after the order. Everything else ships.
- Returns
- Curated pieces are returnable when they are materially different from the description or the photographs; otherwise they are final sale. The measurements and the condition grade are there so that you know exactly what you are getting before you decide — they do the work up front, so the return policy can be one sentence.
- Handmade pieces: if it arrives damaged, or it isn’t what the listing said, tell me within seven days and I will make it right. Made-to-order pieces are final.
- Something arrived wrong
- Write to hello@cogancouture.com with the order number and a photograph. I read everything myself, usually the same evening.
